A rollercoaster of pros and cons
The Pakistani hospitality is superb , led by attentive staff like Miss Nazia and helpful room cleaner Mr Irfan, who genuinely care for guests' needs and comfort.
The air conditioning was insufficient, causing discomfort. maintenance was slow to respond and unsatisfactory in service.

During our stay, we really enjoyed the lively musical nights in the grand banquet. The whole family, including my aunt, had a wonderful time soaking up the atmosphere, complete with great music and laughter. Additionally, the buffet at Marco Polo was a delightful and delicious experience that brought everyone together around the table.
In my wife’s opinion, the swimming pool could be cleaner for a better family experience.

great stay with minor issues
I was impressed with the front desk staff, who were attentive and genuinely wanted to enhance our experience. The children's play area was a fantastic touch, providing entertainment for the little ones. Breakfast at Marco Polo was top-notch, with a variety of delicious options that made mornings enjoyable. Additionally, the availability of quality dining options like Chandni added to our overall pleasant stay.
However, the buffet options could benefit from more variety in dinner selections, as having only a few choices felt a bit limiting.
